You can then click on the therapist’s profile to read a little bit more about their methods and the services they provide. Should you feel this therapist is best suited to you, we recommend booking a 15-minute free consultation. This will help you gain a deeper understanding of how they can help you.
Our therapists are all highly qualified and experienced. They are members of a professional membership body, meaning they abide by a strict code of ethics. They have a minimum of 3 years training and a further 3 years clinical experience.

With a wide range of different types of therapy on offer, it can be hard to determine which is best suited to you. Our therapists use a mix of therapy styles and adapt their services to your needs. You can read more on the different types of therapy here.

We currently offer 5 different therapy services:

  • Online therapy - this is a video call with your therapist from a location that is best suited to you. This is our most popular type of therapy.
  • Telephone therapy is sometimes preferred when it is difficult for the client to get to sessions due to travel, family, or work commitments.
  • Face to face therapy (open-ended) is a more in-depth approach that gives you the opportunity to explore different aspects of your life over a greater time span.
  • Face to face therapy (time-limited) is a more focused, goal-orientated approach in which specific issues can be addressed over a maximum of 12 sessions.
  • Short session - for those who have a limited amount of time available we offer 30-minute sessions, whichever type of therapy you choose.

Most therapy sessions take place weekly. However, this can be discussed directly with your therapist during your initial assessment so that you can plan the timing of sessions to suit you. We always encourage a minimum of 6 sessions as this is where you will really start to see the benefits and learn more about yourself.
All payments are made directly through your chosen therapist's booking page. Once you have selected the date and time that suits you, the next step is payment. This process is fairly straightforward and only requires you to enter your card details. You will receive confirmation once the payment is successful.

Making the decision to start therapy can sometimes be nerve-wracking There are many things that you might be concerned about, but the professionalism of our therapists shouldn’t be one of them.

Safeguarding our clients is a top priority which is why all our therapists adhere to the ethics code of professional bodies. Our therapists have a minimum of 3 years experience working with clients (post qualification) and are all insured. They have regular supervision to ensure they are providing the best quality service and care for our clients.

If you find that you are ever unable to connect with your therapist, please contact your therapist to let them know you are having connectivity issues. If you do not have the means of contacting your therapist, please email us at and we will assist you.

The session link will be sent to the email associated with the account. If you are not in the same location and require separate access, please forward the session details to your partner.

Always try to reset the password by pressing ‘forgotten your password’ first. If you are still experiencing login issues please email so we can look into this issue. To book another appointment let us know the therapist you desire, session type and your general availability.

Once you’ve booked a consultation with one of our therapists, you will receive an email from us which contains information on what to expect.

All our initial consultations are held over the phone for 15 minutes. Your therapist will call you at the scheduled time. If for whatever reason you do not receive a call, please email us at and we will look into this for you.

Once you have taken the step and booked a first session with one of our therapists, you will receive an email from us containing information on what to expect from your first session.

Depending on the service you have chosen (face-to-face, online, telephone) you will receive communication from your therapist with regards to how the session will be conducted. Many of our therapists require clients to sign a form ahead of the session, and this will be sent to you directly by the therapist.

In the unlikely event this happens please email immediately if your therapist does not make contact. We can help reschedule your appointment or find another therapist who also matches your requirements.

If you cannot make your appointment please contact us at 48 hours beforehand. Please note, all payments are non-refundable.

If you feel comfortable you can contact the therapist directly. Or email with your current appointment details and general availability. We will then inform the therapist of the appointment change and ensure you receive any video links in time. Please note that we do require 48 hours notice to reschedule your appointment.

We understand it can be difficult to choose the right therapist for you. If you would like to see a different therapist please filter through the different therapists we have available and choose one that you feel is better suited. If you are unhappy with the therapist you are seeing you can change the therapist (subject to availability) within the same price band at no extra cost - providing you make the change within 48 hours prior to your session. Please contact us at
